lamingtons clay poultice designed to relieve inflammation and minimize swelling of painful joints affected with arthritis ,the clay includes essential oils and comes pre mixed you just have to add water and apply to affected joints etc fingers .hands. knees any painful joints before applying to your skin you should mix a pea size amount and apply to the crease in your elbow and observe any skin reactions that occur if any you should not use the poultice if no reaction you may continue use . Mixing the clay just take 3 tablespoons of clay from the pouch ,add 6tablespoons of bottled or spring water not tap water mix to a nice workable paste and apply to joints  affected you can wrap the joint with a bandage or a piece of muslin cloth making sure its not overtight you can leave on for up to 1 hour until the poultice has dried then wash of with warm water ,Never use metal spoons or bowls when mixing as it interacts with the clays electrical charge ,Not for open wounds ,broken or damaged skin Consult a healthcare  professional before using especially for severe or chronic persistent joint pain .
